Apr 1/11 --- Hi there! Our second child arrived March 19th and all is well! At this time I am not making cakes so therefore, not taking any orders. I am not sure as to when or if I will be resuming, but if I do it won't be till our baby boy is much older. Thank you for any inquiries, and sorry for any inconvieniences this may cause, and thank you for understanding!

Hi there! Just wanted to update everyone that I am still on a break from making cakes since announcing our 2nd pregnancy last August. I am due March 9...so not too much longer!
I have been getting some inquiries for this fall, and at this time I am not sure of when or if I will be resuming making cakes. If I do, I don't forsee it being until the new baby is much older, so at this time am still not taking any orders. Thank you for your support and understanding!

It is with mixed emotions that I am deciding to take a break from The Cakery at this time! My husband and I are expecting our second child, and I cannot focus on The Cakery full heartidly at this time. This does not affect the wedding orders that I have booked, I will 100% still be fulfilling them, no worries there!! But I will no longer be taking orders.
I would like to take the time to thank you all for your support over the past year, and this is not to say that I am done forever, but taking a hiatus!
